30-Night Sleep Trial Exchange Policy
At Sleepera Mattress Wholesale, we’re confident in the comfort, durability, and quality of our mattresses. To ensure complete satisfaction - both for you and your customers - we proudly offer a 30-Night Sleep Trial Exchange.
This policy is designed to give peace of mind to our wholesale partners, allowing one-time exchanges within the first 30 nights of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 30 nights of delivery, as long as the mattress:
- Remains in its original packaging
- Is clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of misuse

Is returned to a Sleepera-approved warehouse or store location
Note: Only one exchange per order is permitted during the trial period. The trial applies to standard-size mattresses only. Custom or non-standard sizes are not eligible.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a free replacement — no return fees or hassle.
- Photo documentation may be required to validate the claim.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange during your 30-night trial, simply email us at info@sleepera.ca with:
- Your Order Number
- A short description of the issue or reason for the exchange

Our support team will respond promptly and guide you through the next steps.
Return & Exchange Process
- You are responsible for return shipping or drop-off to our designated warehouse unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Once the returned mattress is inspected and approved, your replacement will be shipped or made available for pickup.
- Processing of exchanges typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
To maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Mattresses without original packaging
- Items with visible wear, stains, damage, or misuse
- Custom-size mattresses or special bulk orders
