At Sleepera, we understand how important reliable and timely delivery is to your business operations. That’s why we offer a shipping experience designed for scale — combining speed, safety, and flexibility across Canada.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within a 10 KM radius of our store for qualifying wholesale orders. However, after that please check with the Sleepera customer support team for shipping charges. 

You'll be notified at checkout if a shipping fee applies based on your postal code.

Processing Time

We process all confirmed wholesale orders within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order enters the shipping queue.

If your order includes any special requests or merchant verifications, processing time may extend slightly - but we’ll always keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our mattresses are delivered via trusted freight and courier partners. Once shipped, deliveries usually take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

In peak seasons, or during weather or supply chain disruptions, some delays may occur - but we’ll notify you in advance if anything changes.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipment details.

If your order includes multiple items (e.g. mattresses and bedding), they may ship separately. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

Business Hours & Shipping Schedule

  • We ship Monday to Friday from our Canadian warehouses.
  • Orders placed after hours or during Canadian federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • No orders are shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  • Please make sure your delivery address is accessible to large freight trucks.
  • If you need a liftgate, loading dock access, or scheduled delivery, let us know in advance.
  • While most deliveries are contactless, someone must be available to receive and inspect large orders upon arrival.

We do not currently offer in-room setup or removal of old mattresses.

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel or change your order?

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP at support@sleepera.ca with "Cancel Order" in the subject line.
  • If your order has already shipped, we may request a return-to-sender through our courier partner (return shipping fees may apply).
  • Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue your refund according to our Return Policy.
