At Sleepera Mattress Wholesale, we want your new mattress delivered safely, quickly, and hassle-free. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery service.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free mattress delivery within Surrey and surrounding Lower Mainland areas. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies for free delivery, please call us at 778-907-0000 or email info@sleepera.ca and we will confirm right away.
Delivery Areas
We proudly deliver to the following areas:
- Surrey
- Delta
- Langley
- White Rock
- Burnaby
- Richmond
- Vancouver
- Abbotsford
- Coquitlam
- Lower Mainland
- Fraser Valley
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Delivery Times
Local deliveries across Surrey and Lower Mainland typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. We will always call or message you ahead of your delivery to confirm the time.
Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up in store? You are welcome to pick up your mattress directly from our Surrey showroom at 7533 135 St Unit 117, Surrey, BC V3W 0N6, right next to Costco Surrey. We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Delivery Requirements
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the mattress.
- Make sure the delivery area is accessible — hallways, stairways, and doorways should be clear.
- We do not currently offer removal of old mattresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mattress arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 778-907-0000 or info@sleepera.ca and we will make it right immediately.
