Sleepera 10-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Sleepera Mattress Wholesale, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That’s why every standard-size Sleepera mattress comes backed with a 10-Year Limited Warranty - offering peace of mind and long-term value for you and your customers.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the original date of delivery.

This includes:

  • Sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches not caused by improper foundation or misuse
  • Broken or cracked foam under normal use and proper handling
  • Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, including faulty zippers or seams
  • Physical flaws that cause the foam to split or deteriorate under normal use

What’s Not Covered

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor body impressions less than 1.5 inches
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Mattresses used on unsuitable or unsupported bed bases
  • Stains, burns, cuts, or any form of liquid damage
  • Damage due to commercial laundering or storage
  • Mattresses used without a proper foundation or in high-humidity environments
  • Comfort preferences or product resizing requests

Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  • The mattress must be used with a proper bed base or foundation.
  • The mattress must be clean and free from stains or damage.
  • The original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • The product must not have been altered or modified in any way.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your mattress has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@sleepera.ca with the following:

  • Your order number and contact details.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos showing the defect, including the full mattress and any affected areas.

Once received, our team will assess your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the mattress with the same or a comparable model at no cost for the item itself.
  • Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and claim type

Warranty Replacement Terms

  1. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  2. Replacement mattresses are covered for the remainder of the original 10-year warranty, not an additional 10 years.
  3. In case the original model is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided.
