At Sleepera, we know how important a smooth delivery experience is when you’re buying a new mattress. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery service.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free same-day local delivery when you order before 3 PM — otherwise your mattress arrives the next day. Free delivery covers the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, including Surrey, Langley, Delta, White Rock, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Vancouver, and Abbotsford.
If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for free delivery, call us at 778-907-0000 or email info@sleepera.ca and we’ll confirm right away.
Processing and Delivery Time
Orders placed before 3 PM are typically delivered the same day; orders placed after 3 PM are delivered the next day. Our team will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery window.
Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up? You’re welcome to collect your mattress directly from our Surrey showroom at 7533 135 St Unit 117, Surrey, BC V3W 0N6, right next to Costco Surrey. We’re open every day from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the mattress, and that hallways, stairways, and doorways are clear for access. We do not currently offer in-room setup or removal of old mattresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mattress arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 778-907-0000 or info@sleepera.ca and we’ll make it right immediately.
