Refund Policy - Peace Of Mind Guarantee

At Sleepera, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. Choosing the right mattress is an important decision, and we understand that sometimes you may need a little time to make sure it is the right fit for your sleep needs.

For eligible mattress purchases, Sleepera offers a Peace of Mind Guarantee with two options: Exchange or Return for Store Credit.

Please note: Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Mattress Exchange Policy

Eligible mattresses may be exchanged for:

  • The same mattress model, subject to availability

  • A different eligible mattress of equal value

  • A higher-priced mattress by paying the price difference

To help us complete the exchange smoothly, the mattress must be:

  • Clean and free from stains

  • Free from damage, tears, or signs of misuse

  • Free from strong odours

  • In acceptable condition upon inspection by Sleepera

All exchanges are subject to approval after inspection.

Return for Store Credit

Eligible mattresses may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Store credit may be used toward any eligible future purchase at Sleepera.

To qualify for store credit, the mattress must be:

  • Clean and free from stains

  • Free from damage, tears, or signs of misuse

  • Free from strong odours

  • In acceptable condition upon inspection by Sleepera

All store credit returns are subject to approval after inspection.

Delivery & Pickup for Returns or Exchanges

If free delivery was provided at the time of purchase, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs.

Customers may choose to bring the mattress back to our showroom. If pickup service is requested, Sleepera can help arrange pickup, and the pickup or return delivery cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items may not be eligible for exchange or store credit unless otherwise stated:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Custom orders

  • Bed frames

  • Adjustable bases

  • Pillows

  • Mattress protectors

  • Accessories

Inspection & Approval

All exchanges and store credit returns must be inspected and approved by Sleepera. Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and helpful while ensuring that all returned products meet proper condition standards.
