You may also return an eligible mattress within 7 days of delivery or pickup for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. All exchanges and store-credit returns require inspection and approval, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from strong odours, and in acceptable condition. Return transportation or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer.
