Unboxing Your New Sleepera

Your Sleepera mattress is freshly made and rolls right into your life. Here’s how to set it up in minutes:

  • 1. Move

    Bring the Sleepera box to your bedroom. (We recommend a buddy for this step!)

  • 2. Unbox

    Slide out your neatly rolled mattress and remove it from the box.
    (Pro tip: Unbox within two weeks of delivery for the best experience.)

  • 3. Unroll

    Place the mattress on your bed frame, cut the plastic wrap carefully, and watch it come to life.

  • 4. Enjoy

    Within minutes, Sleepera expands to full size, and it’s sleep-ready the very same night.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment, we only deliver Sleepera mattresses and accessories within Canada. We're working on expanding soon - stay tuned!

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat. If you're contacting us outside business hours, just include “Cancel Order” in the subject line of your email along with your reason for cancellation.

Can I return my mattress?

We don’t offer returns on opened mattresses. What we do provide is a 30-night relief period where you can bring back your mattress to our store and exchange it for another one from our range. The customer will need to handle shipping costs or drop it off at the store at their own expense. Returns are only accepted for unopened mattresses.

Can I exchange my mattress?

Yes! Within 30 days, we give you peace of mind — if you feel your Sleepera mattress isn’t the right fit, you can simply bring it back to our store. We’ll happily help you choose a different mattress from our range to ensure you get the comfort you deserve.

What happens to returned mattresses?

We do not resell returned mattresses. Whenever possible, we donate them to trusted local charities or NGOs in need. In areas where donations aren’t possible, we partner with certified recyclers to responsibly process the mattress materials.

 When will my Sleepera order arrive?

Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We'll share a tracking link as soon as it ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

 How do I set up my Sleepera mattress?

It’s quick and simple: Move: Carry the Sleepera box to your bedroom with a helper. Unbox: Slide out the vacuum-sealed mattress from the box. Unroll: Place it on your bed frame and cut open the plastic wrap. Expand: Watch it rise! Your mattress will expand fully in a few minutes. Let it decompress for at least 30 minutes before your first sleep — and give it 24 hours to reach peak comfort. Pro tip: Save the plastic bag until your sleep trial ends, just in case you want to return it.

Can I request a topper if the mattress feels too firm or soft?

No, we don’t provide free toppers. Our goal is to get the comfort right from the start, and our 30-night sleep trial gives you plenty of time to decide if it’s the right fit for you.

Is there any off-gassing or smell after unboxing?

Most customers notice little to no smell. A mild scent may occur due to fresh packaging, but it usually fades within 24 hours. All Sleepera mattresses are made with CertiPUR-US® certified foams — free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and ozone depleters.
