Absolutely — we always recommend trying a mattress before you buy it. Visit our Surrey showroom, lie down in your normal sleep position, and our team will help you find the right firmness with no pressure. Feel is personal, and testing in person is the best way to choose.

Do you deliver, and which areas do you cover?

What kind of warranty does Sleepera offer?

All Sleepera mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty, ensuring long-lasting quality and peace of mind.

Can I return or exchange my mattress if I'm not satisfied with it?

You may exchange your mattress within 7 days of the date of purchase — for the same model, a different mattress of equal value, or a higher-priced mattress by paying the difference. After 7 days, we're unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for reasons of comfort, firmness, or a change of mind, which is why we recommend trying mattresses in person at our showroom before buying. Refunds to the original payment method are not available at any time.

What if my mattress develops sagging over time?

Separately from the 7-day exchange window, mattresses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against verified sagging that qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
