Do I need to visit the showroom before ordering?

Do you deliver, and which areas do you cover?

All Sleepera mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty, ensuring long-lasting quality and peace of mind.
Can I return or exchange my mattress if I'm not satisfied with it?
You may exchange your mattress within 7 days of the date of purchase — for the same model, a different mattress of equal value, or a higher-priced mattress by paying the difference. After 7 days, we're unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for reasons of comfort, firmness, or a change of mind. Please review the product details and exchange terms before placing your order. Refunds to the original payment method are not available at any time.
What if my mattress develops sagging over time?
Separately from the 7-day exchange window, mattresses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against verified sagging that qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
