All Sleepera mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty, ensuring long-lasting quality and peace of mind.

Can I return or exchange my mattress if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes. Under Sleepera's Peace of Mind Guarantee, eligible mattresses can be exchanged for the same model, a different mattress of equal value, or a higher-priced mattress by paying the difference. You may also return an eligible mattress within 7 days of delivery or pickup for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. All exchanges and store-credit returns require inspection and approval, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from strong odours, and in acceptable condition. Return transportation or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer.
