To cancel your order, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat. If you're contacting us outside business hours, just include “Cancel Order” in the subject line of your email along with your reason for cancellation.

Yes. Under Sleepera's Peace of Mind Guarantee, you may return an eligible mattress within 7 days of delivery or pickup for store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. All returns require inspection and approval, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from strong odours, and in acceptable condition. Return transportation or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Within 7 days of delivery or pickup, eligible mattresses can be exchanged for the same model, a different mattress of equal value, or a higher-priced mattress by paying the difference. All exchanges require inspection and approval, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, free from strong odours, and in acceptable condition. Return transportation or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not resell returned mattresses. Whenever possible, we donate them to trusted local charities or NGOs in need. In areas where donations aren’t possible, we partner with certified recyclers to responsibly process the mattress materials.

We offer free local delivery across Surrey, the Lower Mainland, and the Fraser Valley, including Langley, Delta, White Rock, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Vancouver, and Abbotsford. For orders elsewhere in Canada, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched, and we'll share a tracking link so you can follow your order. Order online for home delivery. It’s quick and simple:
Move: Carry the Sleepera box to your bedroom with a helper.
Unbox: Slide out the vacuum-sealed mattress from the box.
Unroll: Place it on your bed frame and cut open the plastic wrap.
Expand: Watch it rise! Your mattress will expand fully in a few minutes.
Let it decompress for at least 30 minutes before your first sleep — and give it 24 hours to reach peak comfort.

No, we don’t provide free toppers. Our goal is to get the comfort right from the start. If your mattress isn’t the right fit, our Peace of Mind Guarantee lets you exchange an eligible mattress within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Most customers notice little to no smell. A mild scent may occur due to fresh packaging, but it usually fades within 24 hours. All Sleepera mattresses are made with CertiPUR-US® certified foams — free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and ozone depleters.
